• No physical items are shipped.

• SEO reports and services are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

• In some cases, reports may also be made available through a secure customer dashboard or a direct download link.

3. Delivery Timeframe

• Standard delivery occurs within 10 minutes to 24 hours after payment confirmation.

• For larger or custom SEO projects, delivery may take up to 3 business days. If additional time is required, customers will be notified in advance.

4. Confirmation of Delivery

• Once the SEO audit/report is delivered, the order will be marked as Completed in our system.

• Customers receive a confirmation email including delivery details.

5. Non-Delivery Issues

• If you do not receive your service within the stated timeframe, please contact our support team immediately.

• In the event of non-delivery due to a technical error on our side, you are entitled to a full refund (see our Refund Policy).
