At EdgeSEOS, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for services purchased on edgeseos.com.


1. Nature of Services

Our products are digital SEO services (such as audits, reports, and optimization guidance). Since these are intangible digital goods, they cannot be physically returned.


2. Refund Eligibility

  • Full Refund (within 7 days):
    You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the service, provided the service has not been fully completed.

  • Non-Delivery:
    If we fail to deliver the purchased service within the stated timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund regardless of when the request is made.

  • After 7 Days:
    Refunds requested after 7 days of purchase will not be accepted unless the service was never delivered.


3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for your request.

  3. Refunds will be reviewed and, if approved, processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.


4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Requests submitted more than 7 days after the order (unless service was not delivered).

  • Services already completed and delivered in full.

  • Refund requests made without first contacting our support team.
